Your hours become invoices through a chain of handoffs. Anywhere in that chain, a number can be altered without detection. This review maps the points in your hours-to-invoice pipeline where that can happen, shows you what each mapped point can cost, and — at the DEEP tier — designs the tamper-evident version.

What you get

STANDARD — $8,550 fixed. A gaming-surface analysis of your hours-to-invoice pipeline, and a findings report: the points where a number can be altered without detection, evidenced from your own documentation, with the cost of each point shown.

DEEP — $21,600 fixed. Everything in STANDARD, plus an attestable redesign (full): the tamper-evident pipeline design, checkable by a third party, and usable by any implementer you choose — including someone who is not us.

Advisory follow-on — $270/hr. Only if you ask for it. Never a condition of the report or the design.

The fixed prices cover the scope described on this page. Any larger or on-site scope is quoted in the proposal before you sign — it is not added after.

How it runs

  1. Intake. You ask for a proposal. The proposal states scope, timing, terms, and price before you pay anything.
  2. Review. Your hours-to-invoice pipeline is mapped from your own documentation — every handoff where a number passes from one hand to the next.
  3. Findings. The points where a number can be altered without detection, each evidenced, each with its cost shown.
  4. Stamped report. The findings — and at DEEP, the tamper-evident redesign — delivered as a stamped report. The report stands alone: usable by any implementer you choose, including someone who is not us.

This is advisory and design only. It is not a product, not a certification, and not legal advice. We do not operate your billing and we do not certify your invoices. No finding from any other client is ever shown to you — and yours will never be shown to anyone else without your explicit consent. Not a fit if what you need is someone to run your billing, certify your invoices, or sell you a product: we do none of those.

Terms are stamped before engagement: the house's confidentiality terms (H14) are stamped and stated in the proposal, confirmed before signing.
